As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans that help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—the gold standard in autism therapy. No prior ABA experience? That's okay! We offer comprehensive paid training, ongoing clinical supervision, and continuous support from our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), giving you the confidence and skills to grow in a rewarding and meaningful career. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities build important life skills. Through engaging, individualized sessions, Behavior Technicians teach communication, social interaction, daily living, play, and coping skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement.
