Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is seeking compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians. This role involves working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans to help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABTC provides comprehensive paid training, ongoing clinical supervision, and continuous support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities build important life skills. Through engaging, individualized sessions, Behavior Technicians teach communication, social interaction, daily living, play, and coping skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement. The goal is to help each child become more independent, confident, and successful in everyday life.
