Entry Level Behavior Technician
About The Position

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism, implementing individualized procedures to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve communication. You will support neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and prioritize client needs. Responsibilities include using a tablet for data collection and writing objective progress notes. Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
- Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities
- Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
- Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
- Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
