Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA care to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model that builds on each child’s unique abilities and supports skills and positive relationships across home, school, and community settings. Care combines neuroscience and developmental models and is delivered collaboratively with families and clinicians. Behavior Technicians provide individual and group behavior-analytic services, implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, use evidence-based practices, and document session data to track treatment goals. They collaborate with families and supervisors, follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting, and travel between client sites. Cortica offers fully paid, two-week in-person orientation, ongoing development and coaching, and opportunities for career advancement. Part-time schedules are available with flexible options of two, three, or five days per week, with opportunities to pick up Saturday hours.
