About The Position
FirstSteps is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with young children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences. The role involves helping children develop communication, play, and everyday-life skills to foster independence and success at home, in school, and in their community. The position offers a positive, collaborative, and dynamic work experience with a strong commitment to employee training and mentorship, aiming to support the development of future clinical leaders. The primary reward is witnessing the progress and learning of the children served.
Requirements
- Patient, dependable, and enjoy working with kids.
- A valid driver's license.
- Access to a vehicle and insurance.
- Comfortable getting on the floor to play and moving quickly when needed.

Responsibilities
