About The Position

This is an entry-level ABA therapy position. No prior clinical experience is required. The role involves working 1:1 with autistic children ages 2-12, implementing therapy plans built by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position requires a consistent and supportive presence for each child. The company practices assent-based, neuroaffirming care, honoring child's boundaries and building trust. The role is in a genuinely interdisciplinary environment alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and mental health professionals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be good with kids.
  • Must stay calm when things get hard.
  • Must find meaning in showing up consistently for someone who needs it.
  • Must be able to take feedback and use it without getting defensive.
  • Must be curious about careers in ABA, behavioral health, child psychology, special education, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology.

Nice To Haves

  • College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience with kids such as babysitting, coaching, camps, classroom work, tutoring, or youth ministry.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with autistic children ages 2-12.
  • Implement therapy plans built by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Show up consistently, session after session, as a steady, supportive presence.
  • Actively engage with children, which may include sitting on the floor, walking, and lifting up to 45 lbs.
