About The Position

Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Amarillo clinic. If you have a background in daycare, preschool teaching, babysitting, caregiving, direct support (DSP/CNA), or home health, our fully paid training program is the perfect bridge into a rewarding healthcare field! No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification!

Requirements

• High energy, deep empathy, and a strong drive to support children. Great fit for candidates transitioning out of childcare, preschools, nannying, caregiving, DSP/CNA, retail, hospitality, or recent grads!
• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Amarillo clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and develop functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based, Compassionate Therapy: Prioritize child safety, comfort, and neurodiversity-affirming care in a playful, supportive clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to log real-time session metrics and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
