About The Position

Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Farmers Branch clinic. No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! This role is ideal for candidates transitioning from fields like early childhood education, daycare teaching, school paraprofessional roles, caregiving, direct support (DSP/CNA), healthcare support, retail, customer service, or restaurant/hospitality, who possess patience, reliability, high energy, and a desire to help others. The position offers a stable daytime schedule and a supportive, collaborative clinic environment.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or higher.
Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Farmers Branch clinic.
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Background in early childhood education, daycare centers, special education assistant roles, caregiving, DSP/CNA, medical assisting, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
