About The Position

Progressive Option Support Services is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in Burlington County, New Jersey. The role focuses on helping children develop behavior, communication, life, and daily living skills while building supportive relationships with children and their families. Technicians work under BCBA guidance, receive training and supervision, and have opportunities to develop their skills and pursue RBT certification or a BCBA career path. This is a part-time position with a stated hourly rate of $30.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma.
Experience working with children; autism spectrum disorder (ASD) experience is preferred.
At least 6 months of ABA or related experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to take feedback, stay organized, and work independently.
Comfort working in a home-based environment.
Reliable transportation and access to a mobile device for session notes.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to perform physical aspects of the role, including light lifting, bending, and kneeling.

Nice To Haves

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Spanish-speaking or multilingual ability.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child.
Collect data on progress and complete session documentation; training is provided.
Support children's development in behavior, communication, and daily living skills.
Build supportive relationships with children and their families.
Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
