About The Position

Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the greater Charlotte area! Afternoon Availability Needed! We're looking for team members who are available to work after 2:00 PM at least 3 days per week. Whether you're looking for part-time hours, a second job, or a path toward full-time work, we'll match you with cases based on your availability, location, and experience.

Requirements

• Available after 2:00 PM at least 3 days/week
• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT coursework completed, in progress, or willingness to complete training
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass required background checks
• U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect client data and track progress
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
