About The Position

Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Garner, NC. We are looking for team members who are available to work after 2:00 PM, with opportunities in Garner and surrounding communities. We offer flexible part-time and full-time opportunities and will work with your availability, location, and experience to find cases that fit. This role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents, following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting client data, supporting skill development, and building positive relationships with clients and families.

Requirements

• Availability after 2:00 PM at least 3 days per week
• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT coursework completed, in progress, or willingness to complete training
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Interest in working with children
• Ability to pass required background checks
• U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect client data and track progress
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
