Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is seeking caring professionals to help children strengthen skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful goals. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABTC provides comprehensive paid training, clinical support, and mentorship. ABA is an evidence-based approach that helps children learn meaningful skills for greater independence. Through personalized sessions, Behavior Technicians use positive reinforcement and individualized strategies to help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.
