Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is seeking caring professionals to join their team as Behavior Technicians. This role involves working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities to help them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABTC provides comprehensive paid training, clinical support, and mentorship. The position focuses on helping children strengthen skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful goals through evidence-based therapies and positive reinforcement. The work is done in clients' homes and sessions typically last 2-5 hours, with children primarily ages 3-17 years. Afternoon and evening schedules are available.
