About The Position

Join Coyne & Associates as a Behavior Tech Rockstar and make a difference in the lives of children for over 20 years. We offer a supportive, close-knit environment led by BCBAs who understand your needs. You will gain hands-on experience in real-life sessions, working 1:1 with children aged 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes. Responsibilities include implementing lesson plans, tracking progress, and coaching caregivers on ABA techniques.

Requirements

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
Ages 21+.
A car with a license and insurance.
You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle.

Fluent in Farsi.
