About The Position

Join Coyne & Associates to become a Behavior Tech Rockstar! For over 20 years, Coyne & Associates has been making a difference in the lives of children. We offer a supportive, close-knit environment led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). As a technician, you will work hands-on in homes, learning and implementing lesson plans in real-life sessions. Your full rate will be paid during training.

Requirements

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
Must be 21+ years old.
Must have a car with a license and insurance.
Must have or be willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or be active military/military dependent).
Must be insured on an auto insurance policy.
Must have a reliable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Fluent in Farsi.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes.
Implement lesson plans to bring therapy to life.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and capture session details.
Coach caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in everyday moments.
