About The Position

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! This is a center-based role with a predictable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM. The company offers competitive starting rates with opportunities for raises every 6 months, and a full benefits package. The role involves providing direct care, implementing behavior plans, delivering assent-based therapy, and tracking session data.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or higher.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Candidates transitioning from daycare, preschools, special education support, caregiving, retail, customer service, hospitality, warehouse roles, or recent grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and develop functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
