About The Position

Galliant is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and empathy, offering fully paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. No prior behavioral health experience is required, making it a perfect bridge into healthcare.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individualized plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session metrics and write objective daily progress notes.

• Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—no evenings, no weekends, and predictable clinic hours (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
• Direct Clinical Mentorship: Work directly alongside experienced, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinic setting (proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn).
