About The Position

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA or medical experience required—we cover 100% of your training and certification! This is a 100% center-based role where you will provide direct care, implement individual therapy plans, deliver assent-based care, and use a clinic tablet for data collection.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, clinic environment.
• Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and write objective daily progress notes.
