About The Position

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Behavior Technician to support youth with developmental disabilities. The role delivers individualized, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-driven treatment in clients’ homes and/or community settings. The technician provides one-to-one therapy and implements treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, while tracking data and sharing progress with the supervisor. The position serves clients in Nuevo, Murrieta, Menifee, Homeland, Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Hemet, and San Jacinto. Current availability is needed Monday through Friday between 12:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., for 2–5 hours per day. Medical benefits are available for those who qualify. The salary range is $20.00–$26.00 per hour.

Requirements

Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a behaviorally challenged population.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation and insurance.
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

Registered Behavioral Technician certification.
Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.
Provide one-to-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding client progress.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient-related information.
