Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
• Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in early childhood education, daycare centers, school paraprofessional roles, DSP/CNA caregiving, medical assisting, retail, or hospitality is welcomed, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
