Ready for a meaningful career change? You don’t need a specialized healthcare background to launch a successful clinical career here! Whether you are coming from early childhood education, daycare teaching, school paraprofessional roles, caregiving, direct support (DSP/CNA), healthcare support, retail, customer service, or restaurant/hospitality, your real-world strengths—patience, high energy, reliability, and a heart for helping others—are exactly what make a great Behavior Technician! Launch your career with Galliant and make a lifetime of impact! As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. You will support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. You will use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes. At Galliant, we believe you are best at your job when you love where you work. We pride ourselves on creating a community of true clinical support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care for our staff and clients. If you have a deep empathy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will find a purposeful home here. Our core mission is to create excellent clinical outcomes while working closely within our clients' systems of support—including dedicated parent collaboration and coordination of care with other providers.
