As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
