Requirements

BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field, OR an Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
At least 1 year of experience working with families, youth, or adults with Autism or serious emotional/behavioral challenges.
Organized, a team player, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A valid MA driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor behavior support plans under the guidance of our BCBA/LABA.
Help our participants learn and grow through skill acquisition plans tailored just for them.
Work alongside an awesome team of professionals and collaborate with other staff members.
Provide direct instruction and support to young adults on the Autism spectrum.
Be part of something bigger, carrying out special projects and bringing your creativity to life.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in a structured yet flexible environment.
