Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model that builds on each child’s unique abilities and supports skills and relationships across home, school, and community settings. Care is informed by neuroscience and developmental models and delivered collaboratively with families and clinicians. The position includes a fully paid, three-week in-person orientation with hands-on training. Behavior Technicians receive ongoing coaching from Lead BTs, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and ABA Supervisors, and may pursue career advancement through the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, a BCBA role, or corporate support work.
