About The Position

Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach focused on helping children build skills that carry across home, school, and community settings. Technicians receive a two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, BCAT exam review, and exam-fee coverage, and are expected to obtain the BCAT credential within 90 days of starting. The position offers part-time scheduling options of two, three, or five days per week, with opportunities to pick up additional Saturday hours. Pay is $23.99 to $32.19 per hour, based on experience and education. Behavior Technicians work with families, supervisors, BCBAs, and professionals from other disciplines to support individualized care. The role requires reliable transportation and regular travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius.
