Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR 4 years experience in early intervention.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a car with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, implementing lesson plans.
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
- Coach caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in daily life.
