This role offers hands-on, in-home experience rather than screen-based work, and you will be paid your full rate during training.

Requirements

  • 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
  • Must be ages 21+.
  • Must have a car with a valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, implementing lesson plans.
  • Track progress, celebrate wins, and record session details.
  • Coach caregivers on applying ABA principles in daily life.
