About The Position

As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life. You will track progress, celebrate wins, and capture details that make the session meaningful. Additionally, you will coach caregivers so they can implement ABA strategies into everyday moments. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR 4 years experience in early intervention.
Ages 21+
Car with a license and insurance.
