About The Position

Caravel Autism Health is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role involves working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing play-based activities and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to help them develop life-changing skills. The position focuses on tracking progress, celebrating achievements, and supporting children towards greater independence and confidence. The company emphasizes a supportive team environment and offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Requirements

  • Available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience.
  • At least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

  • No experience necessary; paid training provided.
  • Obtained RBT certification.
