About The Position

At Caravel Autism Health, we are seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role offers a meaningful career where you can make a real impact on the lives of children on the autism spectrum by playing, teaching, and helping them grow. We provide paid training and support to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 75 days of hire, even if you have no prior experience in behavioral health.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Play, teach, and help children on the autism spectrum grow.
  • Help children achieve milestones such as saying their first word, learning new skills, or gaining independence.
  • Conduct 1:1 client sessions.
