About The Position
Learning Ladders ABA is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children and teens with autism. The role involves working under BCBA supervision to help clients build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills. The position is part-time, with after-school weekday afternoon and evening shifts available, providing in-home services. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance and experience.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Current RBT certification.
- Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation.
- Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Accurately collect data and document sessions in the Rethink app within 24 hours.
- Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and maintain fidelity to them.
- Communicate effectively with families and report observations to the supervising BCBA.
