About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support children in reaching their potential. The role involves delivering one-to-one therapy, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and collaborating with families and the care team. Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Collect data to monitor progress and the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans.
- Support the BCBA in training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
- Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment.
