We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about working with children. This role is more than just a job; it's a calling to make a significant difference in the lives of children with autism. We provide comprehensive training and support, including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), mentorship, and a collaborative culture focused on shared success. You will work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
