About The Position

As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism, you will run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. You will support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. You will use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes. Galliant believes you are best at your job when you love where you work. Requirements

High school diploma or higher
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
