About The Position

Galliant is hiring for our high-energy clinic team, welcoming certified professionals as well as motivated individuals from all backgrounds with 100% paid RBT training and exam sponsorship provided. We are proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Michelle Kuhn, ensuring a clinical culture designed to support your growth. As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. You will support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. You will use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
