Part-Time Behavior Technician (RBT), Paid Training Provided, Baltimore, MD
About The Position
Brighter Gems ABA is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs in Baltimore, Maryland. The role offers paid RBT training and ongoing support; prior RBT certification or ABA experience is not required. Technicians work with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver individualized, evidence-based care in clinic, in-home, and community settings. The position is in person and typically offers 10 to 20 hours per week, with flexible afternoon and evening hours and Sunday availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for 10 to 20 hours per week; afternoon and evening hours and Sunday availability are specified.
- RBT certification and prior ABA experience are not required.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in clinic, in-home, and community settings.
- Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Record session data accurately.

- Participate in supervision and professional development.
