About The Position

Brighter Gems ABA provides personalized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities in the Baltimore area. The company is hiring full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The role involves helping children build confidence, independence, and skills while partnering with their families. The position is in person in Baltimore, Maryland, and work settings include clinics and schools. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with after-school, day, and evening shifts available. Expected hours range from 10 to 40 per week. Pay is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

Current RBT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Some college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
Experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Provide direct one-on-one ABA sessions with children in clinic and school settings.
Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
Partner with parents, caregivers, and team members to support consistency and carryover of skills.
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
