About The Position
BlueSprig is seeking driven individuals to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. No direct experience is necessary, as BlueSprig provides comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support. The position is available as either a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Full-time and part-time schedules are available, allowing employees to earn quickly and advance their ABA careers on their own terms. BlueSprig employees have a high first-time pass rate for the RBT exam, significantly exceeding the national average.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children.
- Availability Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM.
- Ability to work 20-25 hours a week.
- Must pass a background check, which may include criminal history and driving record.

Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting.
- Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting.
- Collect data to monitor the progress of the children being supported.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
- Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.
