The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct, one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based ABA strategies, collect accurate session data, support skill development in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and emotional regulation, and collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members. Behavior Technicians at Nurture & Nature ABA receive ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training and are supported with balanced caseloads within a 20-mile service radius to promote quality care and clinician sustainability.
