Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position

Whether you are beginning your journey as a Behavior Technician (BT) or already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we provide the training, support, and development you need to succeed from day one. No direct ABA experience? No problem — we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a rewarding career. This position offers part-time hours with the opportunity to grow, working Monday-Friday between 12-5:30 PM, with optional Saturdays available twice per month. Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling and are not guaranteed. Immediate openings are available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
- Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
- Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 18.0 for each billable client hour worked
- 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
