About The Position
BlueSprig is seeking driven individuals to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. This role is within our Specialty Clinics, and no direct experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding, training, and support are provided. The position involves providing intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a center-based setting, teaching clients communication, social, and self-help skills, and managing challenging behaviors. The role also requires data collection, progress monitoring, and clear communication with clients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Provide intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based setting; either in the Treatment of Challenging Behavior or Pediatric Feeding Disorders.
- Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills while managing challenging behaviors in a high staff-to-client ratio (usually 2 technicians to 1 client).
- Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.
