About The Position

This is a center-based Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role serving children with an age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness. You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, communication, social, and daily living skills, natural environment and play-based learning, and in-person BCBA support and supervision.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Genuine interest in working actively and playfully with young children
• Reliable transportation to and from the center

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children
• Experience with developmental disabilities
• College coursework or a degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, special education, social work, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Providing center-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implementing treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Maintaining accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting
• Teaching life skills and supporting children’s development
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Ensuring compliance with BACB and company standards
