About The Position
Amigo Care ABA is currently hiring a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in the Germantown, Maryland area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to grow within the behavioral health field.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children
Nice To Haves
- Spanish/English bilingual candidates preferred
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in the home setting
- Follow individualized behavior plans created by the BCBA
- Track session progress and complete documentation
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors
