About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This role involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, playing, and waiting. The position emphasizes making sessions fun through play-based activities and requires an outgoing, energetic, and friendly demeanor. The company offers training to ensure staff are confident in the skills needed to instruct children affected by autism.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• A love and Passion for working with children.
• Interest in learning.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
• M-F Availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• College coursework.

Responsibilities
