About The Position

Whether you are beginning your journey as a Behavior Technician (BT) or already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we provide the training, support, and development you need to succeed from day one. No direct ABA experience? No problem — we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a rewarding career. This position involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings, teaching communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism. You will work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients, collect and record data to track client progress, and provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress. Collaboration with families, supervisors, and team members is essential, as is attending trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development, while adhering to all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
  • Passion for helping children and families
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
  • $15.00/hour for billable client hours worked prior to completing RBT Certification
