No direct ABA experience? No problem — we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a rewarding career. This position involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings, teaching communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism. You will work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients, collect and record data to track client progress, and provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress. Collaboration with families, supervisors, and team members is essential, as is attending trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development, while adhering to all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
