About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based pediatric role near Woolwich, New Jersey. The position serves middle and high school students and offers hours of 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Opportunities are available statewide and nationwide, with company growth encouraged. The listed pay is $60–$65 per hour.
Requirements
- NJ BCBA license.
- 1–2 years of experience working in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
- Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
