Behavior Specialist (BCBA)

Jump Ahead Pediatrics•Jersey City, NJ
•$70 - $70•Remote

About The Position

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide virtual supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working in school districts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This flexible opportunity provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to school-based RBTs without requiring a traditional full-time, on-site caseload. The role focuses on ensuring that RBTs receive supervision in accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements while supporting effective behavioral services in schools. Supervision is coordinated around assigned RBTs’ school hours and district needs. The number of RBTs assigned depends on availability, experience, and supervision capacity. Most responsibilities are expected to be performed remotely; any additional on-site expectations would be discussed before accepting an assignment. Virtual supervision may be conducted through live video conferencing when consistent with applicable laws, professional standards, student privacy requirements, and school district policies. Jump Ahead Pediatrics describes its dual mission as brightening children’s futures and enriching team members’ lives by bringing them together to create a positive and fulfilling experience for all.
