Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide virtual supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working in school districts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This flexible role provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to school-based RBTs without requiring a traditional full-time, on-site caseload. Its primary focus is ensuring that RBTs receive appropriate supervision in accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements while supporting effective behavioral services in schools. Supervision is coordinated around assigned RBTs’ school hours and district needs. The number of RBTs assigned depends on availability, experience, and supervision capacity. Most responsibilities are expected to be performed remotely; any additional on-site expectations would be discussed before accepting an assignment. Virtual supervision may be conducted through live video conferencing when compliant with applicable laws, professional standards, student privacy requirements, and school district policies. The supervising BCBA must provide supervision totaling at least 5% of each RBT’s monthly behavior-analytic service hours, conduct at least two real-time, face-to-face supervision contacts per month with each RBT, and directly observe the RBT providing services during at least one monthly contact. At least one monthly contact must be individual; other supervision may occur in an eligible small-group setting. The BCBA must maintain supervision records and provide ongoing feedback and support.
