Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) partners with schools to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, helping them succeed in special and general education settings. The Behavior Specialist uses play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children develop communication, social, and life skills. Sessions may take place in a child’s home, at a CSD center, in schools, or in the community. The specialist follows personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrates children’s progress and milestones. This is a flexible, on-the-go role with paid training and coaching. Prior experience is not required. CSD describes a mapped-out career pathway with recognition and milestones, and offers free college or tuition reimbursement to help employees earn a degree. The role supports children and families while providing hands-on experience in a collaborative team environment.
