About The Position

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Horsham, Pennsylvania, for a full-time school-based role! Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric) Excellent Compensation Hours: 8:00 am-4:00 pm, M-F Pay: $60-$65 hr Primary buildings are three of our elementary schools, Hallowell, Simmons, and Blair Mill. Primary age group is K-5 though there may be consult at the 6-12 level. Requirements

Current BCBA Certification — Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) - issued by the PA Department of State under the State Board of Medicine
1-2 years experience working in a school setting

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, supporting implementation of PBSPs, consulting with professional and support staff, providing training for professional and support staff.
